Return Process

  Place the items in their original Rigorer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
